Pravilnik o izbiri in namestitvi gasilnih aparatov (Ur. l. RS 67/05) -- izbira, namestitev in označitev mesta gasilnika (SIST 1013); Pravilnik o minimalnih tehničnih in drugih pogojih za vzdrževanje ročnih in prevoznih gasilnih aparatov (Ur. l. RS 108/04, 116/07, 102/09, 55/15) -- servisno vzdrževanje po navodilih proizvajalca; SIST EN 3 (gasilniki)

PRAVILNIK + STANDARD: V objektu je treba zagotoviti zadostno število primernih gasilnih aparatov glede na namembnost in požarno ogroženost prostorov, na dobro vidnih in lahko dostopnih mestih, mesto gasilnika pa označiti v skladu s standardom SIST 1013. Gasilniki morajo biti brezhibni in servisno vzdrževani PO NAVODILIH PROIZVAJALCA -- pravilnik ne določa enotnega statutarnega roka (npr. letnega); datum naslednjega servisa je razviden iz nalepke oziroma plombe serviserja na gasilniku. Pravna podlaga: izbira, namestitev in označitev mesta gasilnika Pravilnik o izbiri in namestitvi gasilnih aparatov in SIST 1013 (pravilnik + standard); servisno vzdrževanje po navodilih proizvajalca Pravilnik o minimalnih tehničnih in drugih pogojih za vzdrževanje ročnih in prevoznih gasilnih aparatov (pravilnik); zahteve za gasilnike SIST EN 3 (standard).

REGULATION + STANDARD: A sufficient number of suitable fire extinguishers must be provided for the premises' use and fire risk, in clearly visible and readily accessible places, and the extinguisher's location marked to standard SIST 1013 (Slovenia's own national marking standard -- NOT SIST EN ISO 7010). Extinguishers must be sound and serviced PER MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS -- the pravilnik sets no single statutory interval (e.g. no fixed annual cadence); the next-service due date is shown on the servicer's label/seal on the extinguisher itself. PRAVILNIK: Električne instalacije in naprave morajo biti tehnično brezhibne in uporabljene skladno z zahtevami, da ne postanejo vir vžiga (prepovedani so preobremenitve, začasne ali poškodovane instalacije, hranjenje gorljivih materialov ob segretih površinah); vire vžiga je treba obvladovati, znane pomanjkljivosti pa odpraviti. REGULATION: Electrical installations and appliances must be technically sound and used per requirements so they do not become an ignition source (no overload, temporary or damaged wiring, or combustibles stored near heated surfaces); ignition sources must be controlled and known faults remedied. PRAVILNIK: Za objekte določene namembnosti in zasedenosti je treba izdelati požarni načrt in načrt evakuacije ter načrt evakuacije izobesiti na vidnih mestih; načrt prikazuje evakuacijske poti, izhode, mesta opreme za gašenje in ravnanje ob požaru ter mora ustrezati dejanski razporeditvi prostorov in biti razumljiv. REGULATION: For buildings of prescribed use and occupancy a fire plan and an evacuation plan must be prepared, and the evacuation plan posted in visible places; the plan shows escape routes, exits, locations of firefighting equipment and conduct in case of fire, and must match the actual layout and be understandable. REGULATION: The owner or user of the building must draw up and adopt a fire order (pozarni red) appropriate to the building's use and fire risk, and appoint a person responsible for fire-safety measures. The fire order sets the fire-safety organisation, fire-safety measures, duties of staff and visitors, and conduct in case of fire; it must be current and available at an inspection. Vrata na evakuacijskih izhodih se morajo z notranje strani zlahka odpreti brez ključa in se, kjer je določeno, odpirati v smeri evakuacije. Pravilnik o požarnem redu (Ur. l. RS 52/07, 34/11, 101/11) -- skladiščenje in raba vnetljivih (gorljivih) tekočin, plinov in plinskih jeklenk

PRAVILNIK: Vnetljive in nevarne snovi (gorljive tekočine, plini, plinske jeklenke) je treba hraniti na za to določenih, prezračevanih in zaščitenih mestih, v dovoljenih količinah, odmaknjeno od virov vžiga in evakuacijskih poti; skladiščenje in raba morata ustrezati predpisanim zahtevam. REGULATION: Flammable and dangerous substances (flammable liquids, gases, gas cylinders) must be stored in designated, ventilated and protected places, in permitted quantities, away from ignition sources and escape routes; storage and use must meet the prescribed requirements. PRAVILNIK: Zaposlene je treba seznaniti in usposobiti za varstvo pred požarom (uvodno in obdobno usposabljanje), poznati morajo ravnanje ob požaru in postopek evakuacije; v določenih objektih je treba obdobno izvajati praktične evakuacijske vaje, usposabljanja in vaje pa dokumentirati (evidenca). PRAVILNIK + STANDARD: Kjer je določeno, mora biti v objektu vgrajen sistem za javljanje požara (samodejno javljanje požara), ki zanesljivo zazna požar in sproži alarm; kot vgrajeni sistem aktivne požarne zaščite mora biti delujoč ter obdobno pregledan in vzdrževan (centrala brez napak, javljalniki učinkoviti, alarm slišen/viden). PRAVILNIK + STANDARD: Kjer je vgrajen sistem za odvod dima in toplote (SODT), mora biti kot vgrajeni sistem aktivne požarne zaščite vzdrževan in delujoč ter obdobno preizkušen (dimne lopute/okna in ventilatorji se ob preizkusu sprožijo, odvodne in dovodne (kompenzacijske) odprtine proste, krmiljenje in rezervno napajanje brezhibni). Pravna podlaga: vzdrževanje sistema za odvod dima in toplote Pravilnik o požarnem redu in Pravilnik o nadzoru vgrajenih sistemov aktivne požarne zaščite (pravilnik); elementi in preizkusi sistema SIST EN 12101 (standard).

PRAVILNIK + STANDARD: Kjer je vgrajen stabilni gasilni sistem (sprinklerski, plinski, penilni ali sistem vodne megle), mora biti kot vgrajeni sistem aktivne požarne zaščite v pripravljenosti in delujoč (napolnjen/pod tlakom, ventili odprti in nadzorovani, sprinklerske glave/razpršilniki prosti, vir vode ali gasilnega sredstva in črpalke brezhibni) ter obdobno pregledan in vzdrževan. REGULATION + STANDARD: Where a fixed extinguishing system (sprinkler, gas, foam or water-mist) is installed, as an installed active-fire-protection system it must be in a ready and operational state (charged/pressurised, valves open and monitored, sprinkler heads/nozzles clear, water or agent source and pumps sound) and periodically inspected and maintained. PRAVILNIK + STANDARD: Kjer je določeno, mora biti v objektu vgrajeno notranje hidrantno omrežje (notranji hidranti s cevnimi koluti) z zadostnim tlakom in količino vode za začetno gašenje, na lahko dostopnih mestih; kot ukrep varstva pred požarom mora biti brezhibno, vzdrževano in obdobno preizkušeno. ZAKON: Nad izvajanjem ukrepov varstva pred požarom se izvaja inšpekcijski nadzor, ki ga opravlja Inšpektorat RS za varstvo pred naravnimi in drugimi nesrečami; pri nadzoru ugotovljene pomanjkljivosti (kršitve predpisov) je treba odpraviti v določenih rokih, izvedba pa mora biti dokumentirana. Pravna podlaga: inšpekcijski nadzor Zakon o varstvu pred požarom (zakon); odprava pomanjkljivosti Pravilnik o požarnem redu (pravilnik).

STATUTE: Fire-safety measures are subject to inspection carried out by the Inspectorate of the RS for Protection against Natural and Other Disasters; deficiencies (regulatory breaches) found at inspection must be remedied within the set deadlines and completion documented.
